Shipping Policy

Inventory & Made-to-Order Products

Our current inventory and product availability are reflected on NoodleHausFab.com. Products listed as in stock are available for purchase and will be processed for shipment according to our standard shipping schedule.

Because many of our titanium parts are custom fabricated and made to order, products that are not currently in stock may require additional production time.

Made-to-order parts can take approximately 4–8 weeks to complete before shipping.

Production times may vary depending on the specific product, order volume, material availability, and current fabrication schedule. If your order contains multiple items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Semmes, Alabama using the shipping carrier and service selected or determined at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. NoodleHausFab is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

NoodleHausFab is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@noodlehausfab.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, the package is subject to the carrier's tracking and delivery procedures.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

NoodleHausFab will assist with shipping claims when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages determined by the carrier to have been successfully delivered.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and the product before opening or discarding any packaging materials. Contact NoodleHausFab at info@noodlehausfab.com as soon as possible with photographs and your order information.

Do not attempt to repair, modify, or install a product that appears to have been damaged during shipping before contacting us.

International Shipping

NoodleHausFab does not currently offer international shipping.

At this time, orders can only be shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

We appreciate the interest from customers outside the United States and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Semmes, Alabama area when arranged in advance.

Customers choosing local pickup will be contacted with pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many NoodleHausFab products are custom-fabricated or made to order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@noodlehausfab.com.

Once fabrication has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
