All products sold by NoodleHausFab are intended for off-road, competition, show, display, and/or motorsport use only, unless specifically stated otherwise.

NoodleHausFab products are not intended, designed, or represented for use on public roads or highways. Certain modifications or aftermarket automotive components may not comply with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, safety standards, emissions requirements, or vehicle inspection requirements.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether a product is legal and appropriate for its intended use and location.

Competition and Performance Parts

Many NoodleHausFab products are designed for custom, modified, competition, or performance-oriented vehicles. These products may alter the original design, structure, performance, or operating characteristics of a vehicle.

Installation or use of aftermarket and custom-fabricated components may affect vehicle handling, safety, reliability, emissions compliance, warranty coverage, and other vehicle systems.

These products should only be installed by individuals with the appropriate knowledge, tools, and experience or by a qualified professional.

Installation & Use

The purchaser and/or installer is responsible for:

• Confirming product fitment and compatibility before installation.

• Proper installation and use of the product.

• Using appropriate hardware, tools, and installation procedures.

• Inspecting the product and installation before use.

• Regularly inspecting components for wear, damage, fatigue, cracking, or other signs of failure.

• Determining whether additional modifications or supporting components are required for the intended application.

• Ensuring the vehicle is operated in a safe and appropriate environment.

NoodleHausFab cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every vehicle, modification, driving style, or application.

Custom Fabrication

Because NoodleHausFab produces custom-fabricated products, individual products may contain variations in appearance, finish, dimensions, or fabrication characteristics.

Custom or modified vehicles may require additional adjustment, modification, fabrication, or installation work to achieve proper fitment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, chassis, and application information when ordering.

Racing & Motorsports

Products intended for racing, competition, track, drift, autocross, off-road, or other motorsport applications are used at the purchaser's own risk.

Motorsports and vehicle modification can involve significant risks, including property damage, vehicle damage, serious injury, or death.

NoodleHausFab does not represent that its products will prevent accidents, component failure, injury, or damage.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, installing, or using a NoodleHausFab product, the purchaser acknowledges that automotive modification and the use of performance and custom-fabricated components involve inherent risks.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the proper selection, installation, maintenance, and use of the product and accepts the risks associated with its intended application.

Compliance With Laws

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, inspection requirements, emissions requirements, and other legal requirements governing the purchase, installation, modification, and operation of a vehicle.

NoodleHausFab makes no representation that any particular product is legal for use on public roads or highways in any particular jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Performance

NoodleHausFab does not guarantee specific performance results from the use of its products.

Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle, engine, modifications, installation, tuning, driving conditions, maintenance, and other factors.

Product Inspection

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt and before installation or use. If a product appears damaged, defective, improperly fabricated, or otherwise unsuitable for use, do not install or operate the vehicle with the product.

Contact NoodleHausFab before attempting to modify or use a product that appears damaged or defective.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoodleHausFab shall not be responsible for damage, loss, injury, vehicle damage, property damage, loss of use, or other consequences resulting from the installation, modification, misuse, improper installation, or use of its products.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a product from NoodleHausFab, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understood this Legal Notice & Off-Road Use Disclaimer and agree to use the products only for their intended purpose.
